As the Director of Product Design, you aren't here to tweak a few buttons—you're here to transform an entire experience across a complex, multi-product platform. You will build and lead a full design department, owning the end-to-end user experience across all Axonius products. You'll be the connective tissue between product lines—synthesizing a coherent, intuitive experience from a sophisticated set of capabilities. And you'll be the person who defines what great UX looks like in the AI era: not just adapting to AI features, but rethinking how users interact with intelligence-first products. Beyond the craft, you'll drive real operational change. You'll lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows—not just within the design team, but in close partnership with Engineering—finding ways to compress cycles, ship faster, and create outsized impact. You'll work directly with customers, field teams, PMs, and developers, and you'll lead cross-functional processes that connect design to the business.
