Banking & Finance Lawyer

<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Banking, Finance & Financial Services Lawyers</strong> to work with a variety of Axiom clients.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a range of banking, finance and/or regulated financial-services matters, depending on client need.</li> <li>Support lending, financing, commercial, regulatory, product, governance, risk and business-as-usual matters for financial institutions, regulated businesses and corporate clients.</li> <li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of documentation, including finance agreements, security documents, commercial contracts, customer terms, outsourcing and technology agreements, policies and regulatory materials.</li> <li>Partner with legal, compliance, risk, finance, treasury, product, commercial and senior business stakeholders to manage legal risk and deliver pragmatic advice in fast-paced environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with strong relevant UK experience.</li> <li>Experience gained within a law firm, in-house legal team, financial institution, fintech, regulated business or other relevant commercial environment.</li> <li>Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory experience across banking and finance, financial services, commercial contracts, regulatory, product, governance or risk matters.</li> <li>Excellent commercial awareness, legal judgment, communication, stakeholder-management and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver practical, business-focused advice.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation, Benefits & Location: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
