We are currently seeking Paralegals and Contract Managers to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries. Responsibilities: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Draft, review, negotiate and/or support the delivery of a broad range of commercial contracts.</li> <li>Support matters involving services and consulting agreements, licensing and content agreements, software-development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLAs, e-commerce agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).</li> <li>Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract tracking, administration, document management, stakeholder coordination, execution and post-signature support.</li> <li>Partner with legal, sales, procurement and business teams while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Demonstrable commercial-contracts experience gained as a paralegal, contract manager or similar legal or commercial-support professional, either in-house or in private practice.</li> <li>Experience supporting the drafting, review, negotiation and/or management of commercial agreements, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness, organisational ability and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.</li> <li>Right to work in the UK.</li> </ul> Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
