We are currently seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across a broad range of industries. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer, services, licensing and confidentiality agreements.</li> <li>Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual risk, compliance and business priorities.</li> <li>Partner with sales, procurement, finance and other business teams to support transactions, manage negotiations and resolve contract-related issues.</li> <li>Support the effective management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, including templates, processes, governance and stakeholder coordination.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant commercial-contracts experience gained in private practice, in-house or on secondment.</li> <li>Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills across a range of commercial agreements.</li> <li>Commercially minded, collaborative and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.</li> <li>Right to work in the UK without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.</li> </ul> Compensation, Benefits & Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
