Commercial Technology Lawyer

<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Commercial Technology Lawyers</strong> to work with a variety of Axiom's clients across a diverse selection of industries.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial technology agreements, including SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, cloud services agreements, technology development agreements, vendor agreements, data processing agreements, and digital services contracts.</li> <li>Advise on technology transactions and commercial contracting matters across software, platforms, digital products, AI-enabled tools, cloud solutions, apps, and emerging technologies.</li> <li>Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, platform regulation, online services, and wider technology-related regulatory matters.</li> <li>Partner with product, engineering, procurement, sales, procurement, and business teams to support technology transactions, product launches, digital initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in commercial technology, technology transactions, product counselling, data privacy, intellectual property, or technology regulatory matters, gained in a law firm or in-house legal team.</li> <li>Experience drafting, reviewing, or negotiating technology-related agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, cloud, vendor, digital services, technology development, or data-related contracts.</li> <li>Strong understanding of technology business models, including software, SaaS, digital platforms, apps, cloud services, AI tools, or other emerging technology products.</li> <li>Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice to commercial, product, engineering, sales, procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Location: </strong></p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
