<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Investigations Lawyers</strong> to work with Axiom clients across a range of industries, supporting a broad range of corporate, employee, compliance, regulatory and misconduct investigations.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct or support legally privileged investigations into matters including employee misconduct, whistleblowing, fraud, regulatory concerns, compliance breaches and other sensitive issues.</li> <li>Define investigation scope, review documentation, develop investigation plans, conduct interviews and manage evidence-gathering processes.</li> <li>Prepare clear investigation reports, summaries and recommendations, and advise on appropriate remedial actions and risk-mitigation measures.</li> <li>Work closely with HR, compliance, risk, senior management and external advisers to manage sensitive matters and deliver practical, business-focused advice.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, with relevant investigations experience gained in-house, in private practice or within a regulatory, compliance or advisory environment.</li> <li>Experience supporting or leading investigations involving corporate, employee, conduct, regulatory, fraud, whistleblowing or compliance matters.</li> <li>Strong analytical, interviewing, drafting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately.</li> <li>Qualified lawyer in the UK or an equivalent jurisdiction, or experienced investigations professional with strong corporate, employee, regulatory, compliance or fraud investigations experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation, Benefits & Location: </span></strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
