ISDA Negotiator

<div class="job-preview__job-details"> <div class="job-preview__description "> <p>We are currently seeking an ISDA Negotiator to join our bench and support global clients in the banking and financial services sector:</p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with derivatives documentation, negotiation, in particular with the ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA agreements</li> <li>Exposure gained in house within financial services would be an added benefit though not essential</li> <li>Solid knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in relation to ISDA related negotiation & execution</li> </ul> <p><strong>The responsibilities for this role will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Negotiation of a range of relevant documents including ISDA Master agreements and other relevant documents</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: </strong> </p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
