Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaker)

<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Japanese Speaking)</strong> for Fortune 500 clients.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with our clients remotely and provide legal support focusing on the Japanese market</li> <li>Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: creative, advertising and digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership deals.</li> <li>Develop, implement, and advise on a wide range of commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements and related policies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer with minimum of 4 years legal experience, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
