We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks with: <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 PQE within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-house</li> <li>The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments.</li> </ul> The responsibilities for this role will include: <ul> <li>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of derivatives documentation for both sell-side and buy-side clients</li> <li>Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes</li> <li>Assiting on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards</li> </ul> Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
