We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and provide mid / long term support for our Fortune 500 clients: Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Providing legal support to HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters</li> <li>Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.</li> <li>Assist in the resolution of employment disputes</li> <li>Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplce policies and procedures.</li> <li>Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 PQE in employment law from corporates/financial institutions or law firms.</li> <li>Knowledge of employment law within APAC region</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build effective relationships </li> </ul> Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
