Legal Consultant - Employment

<p>We are currently seeking employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients:</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing legal support to APAC HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters</li> <li>Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.</li> <li>Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 PQE in employment law, preferably from law firms/corporates/financial institutions</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: </strong> </p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
