Legal Consultant - Financial Services

<p>Currently, we're hiring <strong>Financial Services Legal Consultants </strong>to join us with:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the general banking / regulatory compliance / banking finance areas.</li> <li>In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) though not essential.</li> <li>Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders, with a view of providing commercially tailored advice.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The responsibilities for this role will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to banking matters.</li> <li>Supporting legal matters, including legal / regulatory advice and contract drafting / reviewing across the spectrum of practice areas within investment banks.</li> <li>Analyzing new business initiatives and new products / services from a legal aspect where required.</li> <li>Proactively monitor and ensure compliance with domestic and international legal requirements, while promoting compliance culture and awareness within the business.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: </strong> </p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
