Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Finance & Derivaitves / Structured Products experience to provide long term support to our client - a leading global digital assets firm. <div class="st-emotion-cache-asc41u e1nzilvr2" data-testid="stHeadingWithActionElements"> <h3 id="key-responsibilities-4-bullet-points">Key Responsibilities </h3> </div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work directly with senior business stakeholders to design and structure institutional products and transactions (including structured products, derivatives and repack/securitisation‑style structures), from concept through to execution and launch.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Draft, review and negotiate core documentation for new products and deals, including transaction agreements, terms & conditions, derivatives and trading documentation, and related commercial contracts.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide clear, commercially focused legal and regulatory advice on securities, derivatives and exchange / broker‑dealer activities, helping the business move quickly while managing risk.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk and Business teams to support licensing and regulatory initiatives and to help build out an institutional‑grade exchange, broker‑dealer and custodial platform.</li> </ul> <div class="st-emotion-cache-asc41u e1nzilvr2" data-testid="stHeadingWithActionElements"> <h3 id="4550c16">Requirements </h3> </div> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong background in structured finance, structured products, capital markets and/or derivatives, ideally 10–15+ years’ PQE/experience, with exposure to repackagings, securitisations and swaps/OTC derivatives in an investment bank and/or top‑tier law firm or other financial services firm</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment: confident engaging with demanding senior stakeholders </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Cryptocurrency or broader digital‑assets experience is advantageous but not essential; bar admission/practising certificate is helpful but not mandatory where there is strong, relevant deal and structured finance/structured product experience</li> </ul> Why Join Axiom Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
