We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Products/ Global Markets experience to join us and support our global banking client offering a collegiate and supportive environment Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide legal support on structured product business</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese</li> </ul> Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
