Legal Counsel

<p>Axiom is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to provide broad legal support across commercial, corporate and operational matters within a modular construction business. This highly collaborative role partners closely with project and commercial stakeholders to provide pragmatic advice, draft and negotiate client and supplier contracts, assess project and tender risks, and support construction disputes and litigation. The position also advises on regulatory and compliance matters, insurance and legislative change, while contributing to legal training and continuous improvement across the business. The role is offered initially on a 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension or transition to a permanent position.
