Leveraged Finance Lawyer

<p>We are currently seeking <strong>Leveraged Finance Lawyers</strong> to work with a variety of Axiom clients across financial services, private equity, investment, corporate, and other industry sectors, supporting complex leveraged finance, acquisition finance, private credit, sponsor-backed lending, refinancing, and cross-border financing matters.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support a range of financing and transactional matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, lending, refinancing, private credit and cross-border transactions.</li> <li>Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to lenders, borrowers, sponsors, financial institutions and internal business stakeholders.</li> <li>Draft, review and negotiate finance and transaction documentation, including facility agreements, security documents, guarantees, ancillary agreements and other commercial documentation.</li> <li>Work closely with legal, finance, treasury, investment, commercial, risk and external counsel teams to manage legal risk and progress transactions efficiently.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or an equivalent overseas qualification with relevant UK legal experience.</li> <li>Experience in leveraged finance, acquisition finance, banking and finance, corporate lending, private credit, debt finance or a related transactional practice area.</li> <li>Strong drafting, review, negotiation and advisory skills, with experience of finance, lending, security or other commercial transaction documentation.</li> <li>Commercially minded, collaborative and confident working with a range of stakeholders in fast-paced environments.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation, Benefits & Location: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, pension and more.
