Candidates do not need experience across all three areas. </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Advise clients on a broad range of <strong>commercial real estate, construction and development, and real estate finance matters</strong>, depending on area of experience.</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction and development agreements, financing documents, and other real estate-related agreements. </li> <li>Counsel clients on transactional, contractual, regulatory, and operational issues arising from real estate and construction projects.</li> <li>Support matters involving acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, land use and planning, title, due diligence, financing, and property operations, as applicable. <br>Partner with landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, contractors, vendors, and internal business teams on complex projects and transactions.</li> <
