<h3><strong>Join Our Team as a Senior Litigation Counsel at Axiom</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Location: NYC; Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site</strong></h3> <p>Axiom is seeking a Senior Litigation Counsel to support our client, a large fashion/lifestyle company. In this role, you will advise business stakeholders on litigation exposure, risk, and resolution strategy while overseeing outside counsel and managing key litigation processes.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Manage litigation across regulatory, employment and wage-and-hour, commercial, intellectual property and brand protection, privacy/TCPA, and personal injury matters.</li> <li>Partner with and oversee outside counsel, ensuring strategy, budgets, and approaches align with business priorities.</li> <li>Advise business stakeholders on litigation exposure, risk, resolution strategies, and practical risk mitigation.</li> <li>Draft and review pleadings, motions, administrative submissions, settlement agreements, releases, arbitration agreements, waivers, and related documents.</li> <li>Lead litigation processes, including preservation obligations, litigation holds, eDiscovery collection, review, and production.</li> <li>Support Legal Department leadership on policy development, internal investigations, special initiatives, cross-functional projects, and relevant legal and industry developments.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Significant litigation experience managing a broad range of disputes.</li> <li>Experience overseeing outside counsel and managing litigation strategy and budgets.</li> <li>Experience advising business stakeholders on litigation exposure, risk, and resolution.</li> <li>Juris Doctor degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of in-house legal experience preferred.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3> <p>The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.<strong> </strong>Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
