We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>*A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Senior IT Contract Specialist, you will lead and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request through contract close out, ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. This role involves maintaining and strengthening relationships with our vendors and suppliers, leading negotiations, renewing contracts, and collaborating with various departments to understand their procurement needs. You will report to the Director of IT Procurement and will work closely with other departments, including legal and finance, as well as mentor junior procurement team members.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Develop and implement contract management strategies to optimize the contract lifecycle process and ensure timely and accurate execution of all procurement activities.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure consistent performance, delivery, and value for the organization.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Lead high-stakes negotiations with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and terms, maximizing value for the organization's spend.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with senior leadership and internal departments, including legal and finance, to understand their procurement needs and address any concerns or discrepancies with vendors.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Establish and oversee a comprehensive system for monitoring and evaluating vendor performance, promptly reporting any issues to management for resolution.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Identify and engage new vendors, coordinating efforts with the Legal, GRC, and Security teams to evaluate capabilities and ensure compliance.</span></li> <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt;">Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential vendors, assess their capabilities, and stay informed
