As Product Supply Planning Manager, you will own the end-to-end supply plan for our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), collaborate across departments, and play an active role in shaping the future of our company.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Create and maintain the supply plan for CMOs on a monthly basis, considering inventory and open orders (firmed and planned), to identify and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Based on the supply plan, issue Purchase Orders and forecasts to CMOs, and monitor deliveries of purchase orders against requested dates.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactively manage supply constraints to minimize business impact.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provide accurate and complete supply planning parameters and purchasing conditions for all SKUs; act as the Expert User for key planning Master Data.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Set and maintain all required Master Data and ensure its integ
