The role offers exposure to operational finance in a dynamic, regulated environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role and Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in building the annual operating plan (budget) for Operating Expense and Inventory Purchases.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Updating and maintaining monthly and quarterly Operating Expense forecasts including personnel rosters for each executive team member under the Chief Operating Officer.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in delivering structured variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget/Forecast) with quantified drivers and actionable insights, both on a monthly and quarterly basis.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist US-based BP&A teams in Monthly Close activities, including partnering with business and Supply Chain, Technical Operation and Quality Controle teams to propose accurate accruals, record prepayments, and document fluctuations in key expense accounts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support analysis of inventory movements, ensuring alignment with Supply Chain procurement cycles and Commercial Sales forecasts, both on a monthly and quarterly basis. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: ar
