The Director is accountable for four of the framework's five pillars — management system fluency, Azurity-specific business training, employee self-development, and business acumen & critical thinking; compliance training is owned separately. Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team, subject-matter experts, and Colleague Experience Business Partners, the Director aligns learning strategy to business priorities and embeds a culture of continuous learning and enterprise thinking, blending instructional-design rigor with strategic vision to keep programs scalable, measurable, and impactful.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Roles & Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Management System & Operational Discipline</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the curriculum and certification for Azurity's management system, including goal alignment (True North and cascading objectives), the performance-management cadence, Roles & Responsibilities deployment, and KPI-driven execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Embed structured, root-cause problem-solving as the enterprise standard for decision-making and exception handling, supported by coursework, exemplars, and coaching with subject-matter experts.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Azurity-Specific Training</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and maintain the structured onboarding program (first 90 days) and annual certification on Azurity's strategy, portfolio, pipeline, and operating model.</span></li> <li s
