You will design and implement complex customizations and integrations while ensuring system performance, scalability, and alignment with business needs.</p> <p>You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to development standards and best practices. This role provides significant exposure to enterprise-level integrations and system architecture.</p> <p>In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by exploring and adopting modern development practices, including automation and AI-assisted approaches, to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration and customization requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li> <li>Configure and manage NetSuite modules, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.</li> <li>Develop and maintain integrations using Boomi, Celigo, and other integration tools.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite-related issues and support tickets.</li> <li>Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.</li> <li>Document technical specifications, development processes, and system configurations.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.</li> <li>Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system functionality.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior developers.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve develo
