Candidates who thrive in dynamic environments, excel at synthesizing complex information into meaningful intelligence products, and are committed to mission excellence will find meaningful opportunities for growth and impact within Barbaricum and on this team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and defense intelligence analytic requirements. </li> <li>Apply Intelligence Community (IC) and DIA Analysis and Production Tradecraft standards to ensure analytical rigor and product quality. </li> <li>Collect, integrate, and analyze intelligence from multiple classified and unclassified sources, reports, databases, and data repositories. </li> <li>Synthesize complex information into intelligence products, assessments, reports, and briefings that support operational and strategic decision-making. </li> <li>Research, identify, and continuously assess customer requirements to develop relevant and actionable intelligence products. </li> <li>Utilize emerging technologies, advanced analytics, and AI/ML-enabled tools to retrieve, process, and analyze complex datasets. </li> <li>Integrate multiple intelligence disciplines, capabilities, and data streams to produce tradecraft-compliant all-source intelligence assessments. </li> <li>Monitor and assess information to identify emerging threats, risks, opportunities, and indicators supporting operational planning and mission success. </li> <li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in s
