Today, BaubleBar’s unabashedly optimistic perspective can be found across multiple accessory categories that are sold direct to consumer and at 8,500+ retail stores globally.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Wholesale Supervisor to lead wholesale fulfillment at our New Jersey Distribution Center in Moonachie, NJ. Reporting to the Senior Warehouse Manager, you will own day-to-day wholesale pick, pack, and ship operations, oversee EDI and ASN execution for our retail partners, and lead a team of wholesale associates and team leads. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to keep a team focused, and takes pride in getting retailer orders out accurately and on time.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead daily wholesale fulfillment operations (pick, pack, and ship), setting priorities and assigning work to meet retailer ship windows and routing guide requirements</li> <li>Supervise, train, and develop the Wholesale Team Lead and wholesale associates, including temporary staff during peak season and special projects</li> <li>Own EDI and ASN processes end to end, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of shipment details and troubleshooting errors with internal teams and trading partners</li> <li>Oversee the accurate creation of carton labels, UCC-128 labels, and retailer-specific ticketing in line with customer compliance standards</li> <li>Monitor open orders, ship windows, and cancel dates; flag risks early and partner with Sales and Wholesale on solutions</li> <li>Track team productivity, order accuracy, and chargeback trends, then identify root causes and implement process improvements to reduce compliance issues</li> <li>Plan labor and schedule staff based on upcoming order volume, including temp labor needs during peak</li> <li>Coordinate with Sales, Wholesale, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Care to keep orders moving and communication clear</li> <li>Maintain organized records of EDI transactions, labels, BOLs, and shipping documentation to support audits and reporting</li> <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and enforce all safety policies</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 to 2 years in a lead or supervisory role; wholesale or B2B fulfillment experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Hands-on experience with EDI, ASNs, and retailer compliance and routing guides</li> <li>Proficiency with a WMS (Snapfulfil a plus), an ERP (NetSuite a plus), and Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li> <li>Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to productivity and quality goals</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li> <li>Clear communicator who works well across departments</li> <li>Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking) mandatory</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment, including lifting up to 40 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods</li> <li>Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays based on business needs</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT
