It's our people that make BDA the top global Merchandise Agency to work for.</p></div><p><strong>Divisional Vice President, Digital Product Management & Technology</strong></p> <p>Location: </p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">This role is based in <strong>Woodinville, WA</strong> and requires you to work <span style="font-weight: bold;">onsite 4 days per week</span>, with <span style="font-weight: bold;">1 day remote</span>.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">To be considered, you must <span style="font-weight: bold;">live within commuting distance</span><span style="font-size: 11pt;">, as regular in-person collaboration is a key part of the role.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p>The Divisional Vice President of Digital Product Management & Technology is responsible for defining and advancing BDA’s strategy for digital products, platforms, and experiences for multiple business lines.</p> <p>This executive leads the organization responsible for product management, user experience, digital operations, client solutioning, and application support. The role connects customer needs, business priorities, experience data, and emerging technology to deliver digital capabilities that improve experiences, enable revenue growth, and create value for BDA and its clients.</p> <p>Working closely with Engineering, Sales, New Business Development, Client Services, Program Management, and Operations, the DVP establishes a clear digital vision while ensuring that strategic initiatives, client commitments, platform improvements, and new business opportunities move forward effectively.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and lead BDA’s strategy, vision, and roadmap for digital products, platforms, and experiences.</li> <li>Build a customer-first digital ecosystem that supports BDA’s growth, strengthens client relationships, and differentiates the company in the market.</li> <li>Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organization spanning product management, user experience, digital services, ecommerce solutions, and operations support.</li> <li>Translate customer insights, experience data, commercial opportunities, and business needs into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Oversee the full digital product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through design, delivery, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, high-quality, and high-performing digital experiences.</li> <li>Guide the development of an integrated, AI-enabled UX system that improves experience consistency and accelerates design, prototyping, and delivery.</li> <li>Partner with Sales and New Business Development to shape digital solutions, support pitches and RFPs, and represent BDA’s product and technology capabilities with clients and prospects.</li> <li>Ensure successful delivery, operation, and support of digital experiences, including new client implementations, ongoing enhancements, configurations, training, and incident resolution.</li> <li>Balance strategic investments, revenue opportunities, client requirements, pla
