You'll be the product owner for our internal Admin platform (our PIM for managing all SwagUp merchandise) and our Salesforce application that supports order management. You'll also flex to support other areas of the SwagUp product ecosystem as priorities shift.</p> <p>This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work closely with engineering, operations, fulfillment, and customer-facing teams to make sure the tools our internal teams rely on every day are reliable, scalable, and built around real operational needs.</p> <p>This role reports to the Senior Product Manager for SwagUp.</p> <p><strong>The Day-to-Day</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own the Admin (PIM) roadmap</strong>: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our Admin platform, the system of record for all SwagUp merchandise data.</li> <li><strong>Own the Salesforce roadmap</strong>: Manage the product direction for our Salesforce application, which supports the end-to-end order management process.</li> <li><strong>Gather requirements and write clear documentation</strong> to align agile teams and enable product delivery.</li> <li><strong>Conduct stakeholder and client interviews</strong> to better understand internal user and customer needs across the Admin and order management workflows.</li> <li><strong>Partner with engineering</strong>: Work day-to-day with engineers through planning, sprints, and releases — clarifying scope, unblocking questions, and reviewing work against requirements.</li> <li><strong>Partner cross-functionally</strong> with operations, fulfillment, finance/accounting, and design teams to execute on the strategic roadmap.</li> <li><strong>Manage the end-to-end development process</strong>: Own prioritization, backlog grooming, and release planning for your product areas.</li> <li><strong>Support broader SwagUp initiatives</strong>: Provide product support across other parts of the SwagUp platform as business needs evolve.</li> <li><strong>Measure impact</strong>: Define success metrics for your roadmap items and track outcomes post-launch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Right Person for the Job Has</strong></p> <ul> <
