We seek to ignite the BE DIFFERENT mentality throughout the organization. </p></div><p> </p> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and help maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized work environment.</li> <li>Manage general office administration, including facilities, supplies, service providers, and vendor relationships.</li> <li>Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors, guests, and incoming enquiries.</li> <li>Coordinate meeting room arrangements, courier services, office maintenance, and procurement activities.</li> <li>Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense administration.</li> <li>Prepare business correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.</li> <li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics and follow-up actions are managed effectively.</li> <li>Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external business partners.</li> <li>Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and office activities.</li> <li>Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and operational tasks to support the overall business.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in office management, office administration, executive support, or a similar role.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced or retail environment.</li> <li>A proactive, positive, and service-minded approach to work.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li> <li>A flexible team player who is willing to take ownership and support the business where needed.</li> <li>Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>As an Equal Opportunity Employer, ALO does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Please review our company Californ
