Your dedication and performance can pave the way for a long-term career with us.</p> <p>If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and customer service, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>JOB DESCRIPTION</u></strong><strong><br>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Safely operate a 26’ straight box truck.</li> <li>Compliance with all DOT driving regulations.</li> <li>Physical loading of product into designed delivery box truck.</li> <li>Ensure all material is properly secured at the beginning of the shift and continuously monitor after each delivery.</li> <li>Ensure that all customer supporting paperwork is completed and returned at the end of each shift.</li> <li>Report any issues or incidents related to material damage or customer matters to the Logistics Manager.</li> <li>Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR).</li> <li>Seeking advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor.</li> <li>Perform and document inspections to ensure the truck and equipment are kept in good condition.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving. </li> <li>Possession of a Driver License (type C) – CDL license is not required. </li> <li>Proficient in driving automatic transmission trucks. </li> <li>Capability to operate a lift gate. </li> <li>Experience in handling commercial and residential deliveries. </li> <li>Ability to service all region’s distribution centers.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>20% Travel for this position.</li> <li>Successful completion of a mandatory background check.</li> <li>3 points or less as shown on your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving. </li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Salary:</strong></span></p> <p>Entry level pay rate starting at $21.00 hourly. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="WordSection1"> <p><s
