It makes a difference!</span> </p> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong><br>• Lead complex product initiatives with multiple dependencies across B2B (BEES), DTC, and platform capabilities<br>• Influences and Executes product roadmaps with technical feasibility analysis and cross-functional coordination<br>• Write and maintain technical PRDs, system diagrams, and API/integration specifications to guide engineering squads.<br>• Partner closely with engineering, data, and architecture teams to design end-to-end platform capabilities<br>• Lead cross-domain alignment between product teams, engineering squads, and global stakeholders<br>• Care about outcomes, not just output — measure success through reliability, performance, and real user impact.</p> <p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Technical Foundation:</span><br>• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field<br>• Solid experience in technical product management for platform/infrastructure products<br>• Comfortable navigating conversations about architecture, scalability, and integration — from microservices and event-driven systems to cloud infrastructure.<br>• Hands-on ability to query and analyze data with SQL; familiarity with analytics tools</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Product & Leadership:</span><br>• Experience writing technical product specs, system diagrams, and managing inter-service dependencies.<br>• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives that span multiple technical domains and stakeholder groups.<br>• Strong communication skills — you can translate deep technical concepts for both engineers and executives.<br>• Experience collaborating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Growth Group Mindset:</span><br>• Passion for building foundational platforms that power multiple products and geographies.<br>• Driven by technical curiosity and the desire to make complex systems simple and reliable.<br>• Comfortable in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities.<br>• Thinks economically — focuses on maximizing business impact per engineering hour.</p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Performance based bonus*</li> <li>Attendance Bonus* </li> <li>Private pension plan</li> <li>Meal Allowance</li> <li>Casual office and dress code</li> <li>Days off*</li> <li>Health, dental, and life insurance</li> <li>Medicines discounts</li> <li>WellHu
