<div class="details-desc"> <p><strong>Klarstein has been designing, producing, and selling products in the areas of kitchen appliances, garden & living, sports and consumer electronics since 2005 and is now one of Europe’s largest digital companies including over 800 employees around the globe.</strong> <strong>We love brands and products!</strong> </p> <p><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">Salary starts from 1600 €/gross month (depends on experience)</span></p> <p><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">As an <strong>IT Administrator</strong>, you will be the local technical point of contact for our Bratislava office and the person our colleagues can rely on when it comes to everyday IT support. </span></p> <p> </p> </div> <h2></h2> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="none">What you will do:</span></strong></h3> <ul> <li>Providing hands-on IT support to employees and resolving everyday hardware and software issues.</li> <li>Managing and troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and workplace devices.</li> <li>Administering Active Directory, including users, groups, computers and basic Group Policy management.</li> <li>Managing user onboarding and offboarding processes.</li> <li>Administering Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, Exchange Online and Teams.</li> <li>Troubleshooting basic network issues, including LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLAN-related topics.</li> <li>Supporting and troubleshooting workplace hardware such as laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers and meeting-room equipment.</li> <li>Independently diagnosing and resolving common onsite IT issues.</li> <li>Supporting the local IT environment and acting as the technical contact for remotely managed infrastructure.</li> <li>Maintaining good documentation and ticket handling for IT-related requests and incidents.</li> <li>Supporting the administration of Windows Server environments, including DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.</li> <li>Supporting Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory and basic Azure infrastructure.</li> <li>Working with virtualization environments, including VMware ESXi.</li> <li>Supporting backup and recovery processes using tools such as Veeam.</li> <li>Supporting Windows patch management and related tools such as SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager and WSUS.</li> <li>Participating in the implementation of new IT projects and solutions.</li> <li>Working closely with central IT teams and colleagues in Germany.</li> <li>Communicating with external IT suppliers and software/hardware vendors when needed.</li> <li>Helping ensure compliance with company IT security policies.</li> <li>Continuously learning and developing your knowledge of technologies relevant to the role.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will not only solve tickets and technical problems.
