Here, nurse leaders are empowered to make decisions, develop their teams, and focus on what matters most: caring for patients and supporting clinicians.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities for a Hospice RN Nurse Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and inspire an interdisciplinary hospice team focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.</li> <li>Support the team by providing clinical guidance, mentorship, and sound judgment to promote exceptional patient and family experiences.</li> <li>Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.</li> <li>Participate in Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, and regulatory readiness activities to ensure the highest standards of care.</li> <li>Develop, coach, and mentor future hospice leaders through ongoing education, support, and professional development.</li> <li>Provide leadership support for complex clinical situations and assist with care planning and problem-solving.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community partners to strengthen relationships and enhance patient care.</li> <li>Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top hospice talent.</li> <li>Help drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, mission-driven workplace culture.</li> <li>Support office operations and growth initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications for Hospice RN Nurse Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passion for hospice and end-of-life care (<strong>previous hospice experience required</strong>).</li> <li>Proven leadership experience within hospice, home health, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary clinical teams.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance standards, and quality initiatives.</li> <li>Experience managing patient caseloads, coordinating care, and supporting complex clinical decision-making.</li> <li>Desire to lead an interdisciplinary care team while advancing a culture of compassion and excellence.</li> <li>Registered Nurse required; BSN or Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why You'll Love BAYADA:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually</strong> depending on qualifications</li> <li><strong>SIGN-ON BONUS:</strong> $10,000 paid over the course of 2 years</li> <li>Join a nationally recognized organization known for investing in its employees and leaders.</li> <li>BAYADA Home Health Care offers the stability and resources of
