Grow a hospice office.</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced <strong>RN or licensed clinician</strong> to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We’re looking for a leader who can bring people together, strengthen operations, and help patients and families receive reliable, compassionate care. <strong>Hospice experience is preferred.</strong> We also welcome clinical leaders who have succeeded in <strong>high-volume healthcare operations</strong>.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.</li> <li>Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.</li> <li>Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.</li> <li>Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.</li> <li>Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.</li> <li>Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.</li> </ul> <h2>What You’ll Bring</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>A <strong>current, active RN or other professional clinical license</strong></li> <li>A four-year college degree</li> <li>At least <strong>two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience</strong></li> <li>Experience leading a hospice operation <strong>or a high-volume healthcare operation</strong>; hospice experience preferred</li> <li>Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management</li> <li>Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care</li> <li>The ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change</li> <li>Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting</li> </ul> <h2>Why BAYADA?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At BAYADA, you’ll have the resources of a national healthcare organization and the support of a collaborative local team.
