Join our team and be eligible for an up to $5,000 retention bonus! <h2>What You'll Do</h2> As a Clinical Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting our clients, caregivers, and office team. Responsibilities include: <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Visit geriatric clients throughout Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to conduct assessments and help ensure high-quality care.</li> <li>Develop and oversee individualized client care plans.</li> <li>Coordinate communication between clients, families, field staff, office staff, and clinicians.</li> <li>Supervise, coach, and support Home Health Aides in the field.</li> <li>Facilitate new-hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).</li> <li>Participate in employee training and in-service education to help field staff provide exceptional care.</li> <li>Serve as a clinical resource and help promote BAYADA's commitment to compassionate, high-quality home care.</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.</li> <li>2+ years of professional RN experience required.</li> <li>Home care experience preferred.</li> <li>Previous supervisory or Nurse Manager experience preferred.</li> <li>A passion for supporting clients in their homes and developing caregivers.</li> <li>Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.</li> </ul> <h2>Why You'll Love Working at BAYADA</h2> BAYADA combines the stability and resources of a national organization with the supportive culture and values of a family-owned business.
