You’ll be the first smile clients see and the steady voice they trust — whether they’re bringing in a brand-new puppy or a 15-year-old best friend.</p> <h2 data-start="673" data-end="708">💼 What You’ll Actually Be Doing</h2> <p data-start="710" data-end="1058">✨ Greeting pets and their humans like the VIPs they are<br data-start="765" data-end="768">📞 Scheduling appointments + handling calls without breaking a sweat<br data-start="836" data-end="839">🗂 Keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly<br data-start="891" data-end="894">💬 Helping pet parents with questions, concerns, and the occasional “my dog ate WHAT?” moment<br data-start="987" data-end="990">🐾 Providing calm vibes to nervous pups (and sometimes their people)</p> <h2 data-start="1065" data-end="1093">🧠 What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li data-start="1097" data-end="1138">At least 1 - 2 years experience of veterinary medicine experience (required) </li> <li data-start="1097" data-end="1138">You genuinely love animals <em data-start="1124" data-end="1129">and</em> people</li> <li data-start="1141" data-end="1198">You’re a strong communicator (in person + on the phone)</li> <li data-start="1141" data-end="1198">Bi-lingual (not required but strongly recommended) </li> <li data-start="1141" data-end="1198">Can work on a rotating Saturday schedule </li> <li data-start="1141" data-end="1198">Someone who is looking to work 25 - 30 hours.</li> <li data-start="1201" data-end="1238">You can multitask without spiraling</li> <li data-start="1241" data-end="1287">You bring positive energy, even on busy days</li> <li data-start="1290" data-end="1348">Customer service experience?
