We are looking for a driven <strong>Recruiting Specialist</strong> to join our team in <strong>Irvine, CA</strong> and support hiring across our growing multifamily portfolio, <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="280">with a primary focus on recruiting for financial sales roles</strong>.</p> <p>While this is an entry point into Talent Acquisition, it carries high visibility and is structured to rapidly develop you into a mid-level recruiter. This position blends operational coordination with sales-focused recruiting—meaning outbound outreach, pitching opportunities, and relationship-building are at the core of what you do.
