Through a single app, <span><a href="https://partner.bicyclehealth.com/clinical-research" target="_blank">Bicycle Health</a></span> combines Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) with behavioral healthcare, drug screening, therapy, and peer support.</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><p>As our <strong data-path-to-node="0" data-index-in-node="100">Director of Revenue Cycle Management</strong>, you’ll sit at the center of Bicycle Health’s rapid expansion—partnering directly with our CFO and cross-functional leaders to revolutionize our billing and collections engine from the ground up. </p> <p><strong>Target Pay Range:</strong> $150,000-$175,000 + Equity - Compensation to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. </p> <p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Discretionary PTO + 8.5 days of additional sick time + 10 paid holidays</li> <li>Paid parental leave</li> <li>100% Employer Paid Employee Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li> <li>Employer Paid STD & LTD</li> <li>401k</li> <li>$50 monthly Remote Work Stipend</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operate and manage</strong> the Athena EHR billing system.</li> <li><strong>Manage the offshore Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vendor</strong> to ensure timely billing, collections, and the completion of the month-end close. <ul> <li>Identify and mitigate potential risk and compliance issues</li> <li>Educate teams on emerging billing guidelines, telehealth regulations, and behavioral health practices.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Partner closely with Compliance</strong> to ensure full adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements.</li> <li><strong>Direct daily operations</strong> for the billing, financial coordination, and financial counseling teams, driving productivity and high team satisfaction.</li> <li><strong>Train and mentor team members</strong> on RCM best practices and industry benchmarks to improve key metrics and foster accountability.</li> <li><strong>Own end-to-end revenue cycle transformation projects</strong>, including code optimization and expanding coverage under Value-Based Care (VBC) and Fee-for-Service (FFS) contracts.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate with Accounting</strong> to ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.</li> <li><strong>Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations</strong> to automate claims billing processes and rapidly resolve system billing issues.</li> <li><strong>Define and report</strong> on core revenue cycle KPIs to leadership.</li> <li><strong>Coordinate cross-functionally</strong> (Marketing, Payor Relations, Clinical Ops, CSS) to plan and execute new payor launches.</li> <li><strong>Lead end-to-end project management</strong> for new payment structures as Bicyc
