Our team manages the complete collections lifecycle for BILL's products. This includes performing account-level reviews to identify the most effective client outreach strategies and executing plans to maximize revenue recovery. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with deep collections expertise who thrives in a high-performing team environment. You should be a strong individual contributor capable of optimizing collection processes to meet essential financial goals.</p> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>0 - 2 years of direct collections experience preferably in e-commerce, payments, financial service, or a similar industry</li> <li>A proven ability to learn, adapt, and train on new processes and procedures</li> <li>Logical and rational thinking skills with demonstrated data analysis and investigative techniques</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills - must have the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships within a dynamic organization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus if you have -</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of payment processing methods including ACH, check, digital wallet, international payments, virtual and credit cards</li> <li>A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below.
