Whether you’re studying Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance or something we haven't thought of yet; we care less about your job title and more about your curiosity, potential and what you can bring to the table.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You might be in your third year. About to graduate. <strong>If you think you’re ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.</strong></p> <h3><strong>This isn't work experience.</strong></h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Join the <strong>AI & Beyond Incubator</strong> and you'll become part of a real Bitmovin team, working on real problems from day one. You could be building technology, improving how we understand our customers, experimenting with new ways to go to market, solving a commercial challenge or pitching an idea of your own.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You'll have people around you to learn from, but we’ll give you responsibility too. </p> <h3>AI is part of how we work.</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">AI & Beyond started with a simple idea: <em>give talented people the opportunity to experiment with AI and turn great ideas into something real</em>. That hasn't changed. What has changed is how far we're taking it.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Today, AI isn't limited to Engineering. It's changing how we build products, understand customers, analyse data, create, sell and operate. Whatever team you join, we want you experimenting with what's possible. Using AI, challenging it, and finding smarter ways to solve problems. You'll also have opportunities to collaborate with other Incubator talent on cross-functional AI projects and challenges.</p> <h3>Bring your own ideas.</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Some of the best ideas don't start on a roadmap. If there’s something you think Bitmovin should build, change, automate or experiment with, <strong>pitch it</strong>. Incubator projects have the potential to make their way into Bitmovin products, become new internal capabilities, develop into independent ideas or be showcased to the industry at international trade shows.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">We don't just want people who can follow a brief. <strong>We want people who can spot an opportunity.</strong></p> <h3>More than an internship.</h3> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The Incubator is also a community. You'll meet and learn from Bitmovin leaders, company founders, technologists and other ambitious students. Expect mentorship, talks, demos, customer interaction, shared challenges and plenty of opportunities to show what you've built. <br><strong>We run the incubator to find future Bitmovers. </strong>For exceptional people, your time in the Incubator could be the beginning of something much bigger at Bitmovin.</p> <h3>Always open.
