In this role, you will lead recruiting for specialized clinical professionals, including <strong>Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Autism Evaluators</strong>, and other clinical specialists.</p> <p>You’ll leverage your deep understanding of multidisciplinary pediatric care, specialized clinical licenses, and diagnostic assessment workflows to build robust candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment. This fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.</p> <h3><strong>What Makes You, You</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Specialty Clinical Sourcing Specialist:</strong> Deep knowledge of specialty pediatric credentials (Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, Autism Evaluators) and state licensing frameworks.</li> <li><strong>Startup-Ready:</strong> Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a high-growth, remote environment.</li> <li><strong>Data-Informed & Tech-Savvy:</strong> Experienced using ATS and CRM tools (<em>Greenhouse & Gem preferred</em>) to manage pipelines efficiently.</li> <li><strong>Authentic Communicator:</strong> Exceptional relationship builder who engages specialized clinical professionals with empathy and clarity.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>How You'll Make an Impact</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Full-Cycle Recruitment:</strong> Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding.</li> <li><strong>Targeted Specialty Sourcing:</strong> Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools.</li> <li><strong>Hiring Manager Partnership:</strong> Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies (e.g., ADOS-2), state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances.</li> <li><strong>Pipeline Analytics:</strong> Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance.</li> <li><strong>Candidate Experience:</strong> Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird’s mission and values.</li
