Utilizing modern, technology-enabled telehealth platforms, you will focus directly on patient care, conducting virtual diagnostic assessments, interpreting standardized digital batteries, and delivering actionable feedback for families. Working alongside tele-psychometrists and a multidisciplinary care team, your evaluations will directly inform personalized treatment plans that treat the root causes of complex behavioral and cognitive profiles.</p> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Conduct Virtual Diagnostic Evaluations:</strong> Lead 100% remote neuropsychological assessments for pediatric populations with autism spectrum profiles, ADHD, and learning differences.</li> <li><strong>Deliver Actionable Feedback:</strong> Conduct virtual intake interviews and interactive feedback sessions with caregivers, translating clinical data into clear, practical recommendations for families and schools.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate Across Specialties:</strong> Partner closely with tele-psychometrists for battery scoring and provide expert diagnostic consultation to internal therapists, prescribers, and care coordinators.</li> <li><strong>Maintain High-Quality Documentation:</strong> Complete thorough, timely diagnostic reports and EMR documentation adhering to clinical quality and payer standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Makes You, You</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Pediatric Diagnostic Expertise:</strong> Deep clinical experience evaluating complex neurodevelopmental and social-emotional presentations in children.</li> <li><strong>Telehealth & Digital Platform Savvy:</strong> Skilled in building quick rapport with children over video and navigating digital assessment tools (e.g., Q-interactive) and EMRs.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Communicator:</strong> Passionate about working within an integrated, whole-child model alongside multidisciplinary clinicians.</li> <li><strong>Detail-Oriented & Efficient:</strong> Strong report-writing skills with a focus on timely, high-quality clinical documentation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Basics You’ll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Education:</strong> Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.</li> <li><strong>Fellowship:</strong> Completion of a 2-year post-doctoral f
