Join us and help change mental health care for children for the better!</div>Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Facilities & New Office Launch to lead our physical footprint expansion across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, Maryland and new 2027 markets. You will lead the end-to-end execution of new clinic openings, from site selection through post-launch stabilization, while directing regional facilities operations and building scalable systems to ensure every location is safe, welcoming, and operationally excellent. This is a hybrid position, with regular onsite travel to our clinic locations. Your home base should be in the Philadelphia metro area.
