It all starts with our people and their commitment to make magic happen each and every day.</p> <h3><strong>Start Something Extraordinary…</strong></h3> <p>As Blank Street’s Training Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the team on all training initiatives ensuring high product quality performance across NY, DC, Boston stores among others! This role will coach the field team on Blank Street standards, conduct product quality assessments, and create actionable reporting that helps field teams continue to develop and improve their product quality. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking training completion across all markets. This role reports to the Training & Product Quality Manager and will require frequent travel to different Blank Street stores across NY, DC, Boston, Philadelphia and more!</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Oversee, validate, and track each barista’s journey through the new hire training program, and work with our ops partners to ensure a positive experience for all.</li> <li>Support the new hire training process in the field by leading group orientations when necessary, leading in-store training, and facilitating the barista final assessment.</li> <li>Provide area training support as needed by conducting shift lead training certifications, and assisting with new product launches and key initiatives.</li> <li>Manage and track compliance across multiple platforms for training completion, accreditation velocity, daily store performance, and more.</li> <li>Conduct robust quarterly product quality assessments for all Boston, DC and NYC stores and assist in the development of unique, actionable reporting that will enable field leaders to implement necessary improvements.</li> <li>Develop and foster cross functional relationships to provide insight into store performance.</li> <li>Be an inspirational leader full of coffee knowledge and passion for the craft, knowing how to tailor training approaches to individuals to ignite passion and the desire to pour love into every cup of coffee made.</li> <li>Find creative ways to build and foster a learning culture at Blank Street, keeping teams motivated, engaged, and excited to learn.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Coffee knowledge and expertise</li> <li>Customer & employee experience obsessed</li> <li>Experience training within an established brand</li> <li>Ability to create thoughtful and detailed training content and action plans</li> <li>Product quality obsessed</li> <li>Strong multitasker with proven ability to balance multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent communicator, written and verbal</li> <li>Proven ability to work cross functionally with multiple departments</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Availability Requirements:</strong></h3> <p>This is a full time role (50 hours per week, 5 days a week) and requires flexibility to work outside of store operating hours, including weekends, as necessary.</p> <h3><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></h3> <ul> <li>$70,000 - $75,000 annual base salary <ul> <li><em&g
