The role works with other IT teams to help maintain the availability, performance, and security of corporate IT systems and services; participates in migrations, upgrades, integrations, and deployments; and provides technical and operational support to team members and stakeholders.</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"> </p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt; color: black;"><strong>Essential Functions/Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Support the implementation, maintenance, and operation of infrastructure platforms including physical servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud-hosted services.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Assist with lifecycle management activities for server hardware and infrastructure platforms, including deployment, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and decommissioning activities.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Support and maintain virtualization platforms including VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, OpenStack, KVM, or equivalent technologies.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Support enterprise storage solutions including SAN, NAS, replication, and capacity management activities.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions to help meet business continuity and data protection objectives.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Maintain and support Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, system maintenance, automation, and operational support.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and reliability and escalate issues as appropriate.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Support and maintain automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.</li> <li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt; color: black;">Participate in infrastructure projects including platform deplo
