Join us!</p></div><p><strong>Location:</strong> 400 S Woodsmill Rd, Ste 100, Chesterfield, MO 63017</p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 40 hrs/week, business hours 7am-8pm, M-F</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy consistent with professional, ethical, and legal standards of proper pharmacy practice</li> <li>Responsible for the registration of pharmacy staff involved in the pharmacy workflow including data entry, verification and dispensing of medications</li> <li>Responsible for meeting pharmacy throughput and quality targets. This includes auditing, accuracy verifications and assisting as needed in regulatory reviews</li> <li>Participate in and monitor quality improvement and assurance processes</li> <li>Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information</li> <li>Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws</li> <li>Work collaboratively with other Blink pharmacies/staff and the management team</li> <li>Partner with Blink's Training team to ensure appropriate training of Missouri Pharmacy Technicians and Trainees</li> <li>Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on state-specific regulatory changes</li> <li>Respond to requests from State Boards of Pharmacy or other regulatory agencies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy</li> <li>Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted with the Board of Pharmacy</li> <li>1+ year of experience as a Pharmacist-In-Charge (for external candidates)</li> <li>Must be willing and able to obtain additional Pharmacist licensure in other states as required</li> <li>Skillful communicator and demonstrated ability to connect with patients, colleagues, and management</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Strong command of the English language</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full time position, on-site
