Join us!</p></div><p><strong>Location: </strong>Onsite, 400 South Woods Mills Rd, Suite 100, Chesterfield MO</p> <p><strong>Hours:</strong> Fulltime, 40 hrs/week, Monday- Friday 7am-8pm rotating shifts and rotating Saturdays 8am-4pm</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the supervision of pharmacy technicians in support of the pharmacy manager involved in the pharmacy workflow</li> <li>Oversee data entry by pharmacy staff from providers and receiving pharmacies and insure the quality of the pharmacy technicians work</li> <li>Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information</li> <li>Assist the pharmacy manager in overseeing staff in fielding calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across the country</li> <li>Assist the pharmacy manager staff in receiving, processing and transferring patients’ prescriptions, and own the success of the transfer end-to-end</li> <li>Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a high-volume closed-door fulfillment environment, ensuring accuracy of drug, dose, quantity and labeling prior to dispensing</li> <li>Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy</li> <li>Provide proactive patient counseling and medication education via phone, addressing questions related to new prescriptions, refills, side effects, adherence, and proper mediation use</li> <li>Collaborate with prescribers and their offices to clarify prescriptions and address clinical issues that may delay dispensing</li> <li>Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws</li> <li>Work collaboratively with St Louis Pharmacy leadership, Pharmacy Technician staff, and corporate management teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduated from an accredited College of Pharmacy</li> <li>Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy</li> <li>0-3 of relevant experience; experience in a mail order, specialty, or closed-door fulfillment pharmacy preferred</li> <li>Active Pharmacy License in any or all of the the following states preferred</li> <ul> <li>AK, AL, A
