Our job is to make Bloomreach impossible to ignore in a sales cycle by using AI to build demo environments, automate work, and create self-serve tools for presales teams around the world.</p> <p>We move fast, experiment constantly, and build things that end up in front of some of the world's largest retailers and brands. We care about craft, speed, reliability, and whether the field can actually use what we ship.</p> <h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>Bloomreach is seeking an <strong>AI Demo Engineer</strong> who is AI-native by instinct: a flexible software engineer who reaches for AI tools first, learns quickly, and uses technology to solve whatever problem is blocking the field.</p> <p>This is not a traditional engineering role. You are not maintaining production systems or working through a standard product backlog - this is a 0-1 Builder role. You will start with ambiguous presales needs, prototype quickly, test with the field, and turn the best ideas into polished demos, automations, internal tools, and repeatable assets. </p> <p>Our work helps the Go-To-Market team clearly articulate the value of Bloomreach’s platform to prospects and partners. You're building the machinery that lets a world-class presales team show rather than tell; configuring environments, creating agentic workflows, and shipping self-serve tooling that lets solution consultants spin up, customize, and run tailored demos of Bloomreach's full platform without coming back to you every time. </p> <p>Some days that means building a demo experience. Other days it means
