Reporting to our Events Manager, this role owns the full lifecycle of community-generated leads, from first interaction through enrollment, helping more families access exceptional pediatric care. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You will represent Bluebird Kids Health through the community, building relationships with schools, OBGYNs, community organizations, and families. You will own Bluebird Kids’ Expecting Parent Meet & Greets and other Bluebird Kids hosted programing from end to end – including driving registrations, hosting events, engaging attendees, and executing follow-up to maximize new patient conversion. Success in this role is measured by the number of families engaged, nurtured, and who join the practice. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment; is confident, engaging with families in person and follows up effectively by phone, text, and email.
