Ready to shape what’s next?</p></div><p>About the Role<br>As a Legal Inquiries Analyst, you will own the end-to-end subpoena and discovery process,<br>serving as the go-to expert for tracking, reviewing, responding to, civil and regulatory<br>information requests. You will also work closely with the Legal team to investigate and support<br>litigation and dispute resolution.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end subpoena and discovery process, from initial intake through final<br>production, in compliance with internal procedures and applicable laws.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners to evaluate and process legal notices<br>such as bankruptcy notices, liens, levies, and garnishments.</li> <li>Track and provide monthly reporting of the volume and status of inquiries, including<br>trend analysis.</li> <li>Conduct legal research as needed.</li> <li>Develop, draft and manage processes and policies to improve efficiencies with respect<br>to legal inquiries.</li> <li>Support dispute and litigation responses.</li> <li>Respond to ad-hoc data requests.</li> </ul> <p>WHAT WE LOOK FOR:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1-2 years of prior paralegal experience or experience responding to legal<br>inquiries.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>Knowledge of U.S. banking and banking products.</li> <li>High organizational skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to make sound decisions, use independent judgment, establish priorities, and<br>work effectively on multiple initiatives concurrently, paired with excellent interpersonal<br>skills to communicate comfortably and effectively with regulators, investigators, and<br>external counsel.</li> </ul> <p>Additional Qualities:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience at a Bank or FinTech.</li> <li>Experience with SQL.</li> <li>Data Warehouse and/or Data Management Experience.</li> <li>Experience with legal research tools like PACER.</li> <li>Prior litigation experience preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><em>At Bluevine, we recognize the importance of fair and competitive compensation.
