About the Position Bluefish is seeking an exceptional product management professional with the rare ability to own every aspect of the product lifecycle, from high-level strategy to detailed execution. The Product Lead’s role will span all levels—from defining broad product vision to developing detailed specs and implementation. As both strategic driver and hands-on executor, you will be the driving force behind our product’s success, and responsible for aligning the product with customer needs to ensure we’re building the right solutions to solve their problems. You must be comfortable working independently and engaging directly with stakeholders across the organization, from leadership to engineering, seamlessly switching between collaborating on high-level strategy and tackling technical details with engineers. You will also be comfortable navigating an ambiguous and changing AI marketing landscape, understand customer needs, define a clear product vision, and drive on-time, quality execution. The ideal candidate has experience in both startup and enterprise environments, is extremely customer-oriented, understands the technical and business sides of product management, and is motivated by the challenge of building a product from the ground up.
